We would be delighted to hear from any parent or carer who feels they would like to help, volunteer or contribute to the life of the school in some way. Many parents and carers come in to help with reading, running clubs and other activities within the school. We will also consider supporting work placements associated with a course of study.
If you are available to help, please request a volunteer application form from the school office. We only accept applications for volunteering in the school during the first two weeks of every term. This is because we take the time to make sure we match our volunteers’ skills and interests with the needs within the school so as to ensure that we make the best use of the valuable time that volunteers give. In line with our safeguarding policy, we also require all volunteers to undertake enhanced CRB checking which takes time to process.
